Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
